(1)Follows the outlined standard and procedures.遵守本部门的工作标准及程序;(2)Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.保持高标准的个人卫生及形象;(3)Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.确保正确安全的使用所有装备、机器和工具;(4)Ensures hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.保证饼房区域达到卫生标准,包括库房、冷冻室、冰箱及干储室的干净、整洁;(5)Assist to receiving and inspecting of goods, checked and stored correctly.协助验货收货并正确存储;(6)Ensures that all the pastry equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage.保证所有的饼房设备正常工作如有问题马上报告;(7)Participates in on job training of subordinates.参加员工岗位培训;
